Refunds and Returns Policy
We offer 30 day, no questions asked, full refund returns for unused items in their original condition including gift wrapping.

Each wearable art piece is hand-cut and hand-etched and hand-painted. Any irregularities or imperfections are traits of its unique aesthetic.
Lighting in photos and videos may not portray actual shades and colors of the piece. Please ensure you carefully read details, review all media and descriptions and shop policies before purchase.
Handmade items may have unique distictions you notice in person which are a testiment to their gentle journey.
Though we do our best to make our art pieces long lasting and durable, they may break from pressure, dropping, stacking, pulling, etc.
-Store in a clean, dry environment out of the sun.
-Polymer Clay can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and buffed with beeswax.
-*Bone can be cleaned with a gentle soap and water.
-Metals can be gently cleaned with soap and water or a warm water and baking soda solution. Care must be taken to not get soap or baking soda on clay elements.
-Wooden elements can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth or soap and water if needed. Rebuff with beeswax immediately to protect wood.
-Keep away from perfumes, oils, makeup, creams, etc.
-Do not sleep with or wear in water.
If an item breaks or separates during normal wear, despite following the above guidelines, within the first 90 days you may send it back to us for repair or replacement. After 90 days, any repairs will require a $10 charge and we cannot guarentee a repair will work. We do not replace broken items after 90 days. Please contact us about the necessary repair so we can help you ship it back to us.
We do not accept any cancelations, returns, exchanges or refunds, including refunds on deposit payments for commisioned one of a kind and custom art.
If you experience any problems with a piece at any point in time, please reach out as soon as possible so we can work with you on resolving the issue.
Processing Time
We do our best to process all orders within 5-7 days of placement.
That said, custom work may take a bit longer, and we will be in close contact with you on the processing time of your specific pieces of wearable art. We are first a family and second creators and we prioritize our work accordingly. Thank you for your patience and understanding! We will contact you in the case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
A notification will be sent to you, along with tracking information, as soon as your art has been dispatched. Domestic (US) orders have free shipping with an order $200 or more!
Sonder Adornment does its best to ship orders within 5-7 days of order placement. Delivery dates vary depending on location. International orders are responsible for shipping and any customs taxes or import duties.
